1. We need to clean the coils of the porcelain casing and the transformer. This is to prevent the occurrence of creepage.
2. Check whether the coil has opened and discharged traces, if any, contact the transformer manufacturer in a timely manner to determine whether it can be put into operation again.
3. Check if the silicone mats and other buffers are aging and failed. We must replace them in time.
4. Check that all fasteners of the dry-type transformer are tight. This is done to prevent the coil from shifting and causing excessive noise and the performance of the transformer to degrade.
5. Check whether the electrical connection bolts are firm. This is to prevent excessive contact resistance, ablate the joints and cause accidents.
6. Inspect the electrical connections for rust and clean to prevent excessive contact resistance.
7. Clean dust and foreign matter on the iron core to prevent the iron core from being grounded at multiple points.
8. Check the high-voltage lead insulation distance to ensure safe use of electricity.
9. Check if there are any holes in the shell and prevent animals from entering the transformer room and causing malfunction.
10. Check if the dry transformer fan can run normally.
11. Measure the insulation between the core and the coil to ground to ensure the transformer insulation is reliable.
12. Check that the transformer room lock can not be operated reliably.
13. Check if the on-load switch can operate reliably.
